The “Exploring Craft Beer Brewing Process” workshop was held on 23 June 2021 and 15 December 2021. The instructors from Hong Kong Beer Co., Mr Phillip Rankmore, Head Brewer and Mr Eshan Arif, Head of Business Development, guided the participants through every stage of the brewing process. From the basic elements of beer – malts, hops and yeast – to the steps of brewing – sanitizing, mashing, sparging, boiling, fermentation and bottling. They explained the principles and theories behind. The participants also got a chance to taste different types of craft beers and received a complementary tasting kit with 5 craft beers and a beer glass to bring home.
